We roast in the back of the shop, in small batches, every week. What lands in your cup is days from the roaster, not months, and most mornings you can smell it before you reach the door.
We source seasonal beans from a handful of small farms and roast them ourselves, in batches small enough that nothing sits around losing its character.
Six origins on rotation, a new one most months. Ask whoever’s on bar what’s good today, they pulled it this morning.
