About MCM Integrated

Enterprise-grade engineering, at a small-business price.

MCM Integrated is a two-person engineering studio in Burlington County, New Jersey. We spent years building and running the websites, automation, and monitoring that large organizations depend on, and we started this studio to bring that same engineering to small and growing businesses, without the agency overhead, the junior hand-offs, or the enterprise invoice.

Why we started

Big companies have always had an edge online. They can afford senior engineers, sites that stay fast and stay up, automation that handles the busywork, and dashboards that flag trouble before a customer ever notices. Most small businesses get handed the opposite. A slow template, no monitoring, and an agency that goes quiet the day after launch.

We spent our careers building for the big side of that divide, and it never sat right with us that solid engineering got treated like a luxury. A corner shop or a growing company should not have to pick between amateur work and an enterprise budget. Closing that gap is the entire reason MCM Integrated exists.

We keep it affordable by stripping out everything that has nothing to do with your project. There is no agency middle layer, no account managers, and no junior staff practicing on your dime. There are also no executives whose bonus depends on squeezing a little more out of you, and no shareholders to please at your expense. Nobody here is padding your invoice to help cover a second boat. You work with the two people actually doing the work, and you pay for the work.

What that looks like in practice

Take automation. We have rebuilt a process that was on track for a six-figure bill and gotten it running for the price of a nice dinner. We have also set up the kind of quiet, behind-the-scenes plumbing where a missed call or a new web form turns into an instant reply, a CRM update, and a heads-up text to the owner, with nobody touching a keyboard.

On the reliability side, we have run the dashboards and alerting that carried a high-stakes launch through its riskiest stretch, and moved hundreds of devices between monitoring platforms without losing coverage along the way. The websites are the same story: fast, custom, built to last, and usually a good bit cheaper than the agency quote sitting next to ours.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a short discovery call to nail down the business goal before any code gets written. We scope the smallest version that actually moves the needle, build with regular visible progress, and ship cleanly with documentation and handoff notes. After launch we can stay on through a monthly retainer for updates, automation tweaks, and monitoring, or hand you a finished, well-documented project and step back.

Nothing gets outsourced, and you never get passed off to someone junior halfway through. The same two people who scoped your project are the ones who finish it.

Build something polished, useful, and reliable.

Start with a project request or book a discovery call if you want to talk through the best next move first.
