How It Works

How we work, and exactly what to expect.

No mystery, no agency runaround. Here is how a project with MCM Integrated actually runs, from the first call to launch and beyond, including real timelines, honest pricing ranges, and what we need from you to get started. We build websites, AI automation, and monitoring for businesses across South Jersey and remote teams nationwide.

The four steps, in plain English

01

Discover

We start with a short, no pressure call. We figure out what you actually need, who your customers are, what systems you already have, and the smallest useful version of the project that gets you a real result. You leave that call with a clear recommendation and a fixed quote, not a vague proposal.

02

Build

We design and build in the open, with regular updates and a link you can check as it comes together. You see progress, give feedback, and we adjust. Because the same two senior engineers handle design and development, there is no telephone game and no waiting on a third party.

03

Launch

We handle the technical side of going live: hosting, domain and DNS, SSL, analytics, and a final pass for speed, mobile, and accessibility. You get a site or system that works on every device, plus plain-English handoff notes so nothing is a black box.

04

Support

After launch we can stay on for updates, content changes, monitoring, and improvements, or hand everything off cleanly so you can run it yourself. Monthly retainers start at $500, and you are never locked in.

What to expect on timing

The honest answer is that it depends on scope, but we never leave you guessing. We agree on a timeline at the discovery stage and stick to it. As a rough guide, a basic two page website is often ready in one to two weeks once your content is in hand. A three to four page site usually runs a few weeks. A full rewrite, a custom build, an AI automation, or a monitoring setup is scoped individually, and we tell you the realistic timeline before you commit a dollar.

The single biggest thing that speeds a project up is having your content, photos, and goals ready. If you do not have those yet, that is fine. We help you figure out what you need during discovery.

What it costs, with no games

Every quote is fixed and agreed before work starts. These are real starting points, not bait numbers:

What we need from you to start

You do not need a polished brief or a tech background. To get moving we just need a clear goal, a rough budget range, any brand assets you already have, and access to your current website or systems if they exist. If you are missing some of that, the discovery call is exactly where we sort it out. The whole point is that you bring the business knowledge and we bring the engineering.

What working with us is actually like

MCM Integrated is two senior engineers, not an agency with a sales team. That means you talk directly to the people doing the work, decisions happen fast, and nothing gets outsourced or lost in a handoff. We work with small and growing businesses across Burlington, Camden, Ocean, and Mercer County, from Medford, Mount Holly, and Lumberton to Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Voorhees, Trenton, Ocean City, and Long Beach Island, plus remote clients across the country. We can meet locally around South Jersey or work entirely online, whichever is easier for you.

Ready when you are.

Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you the smartest next step, the timeline, and the cost. No pressure, no jargon.
